The Service Pack Cohort Program is a 4 week series of virtual meetings designed to better prepare you for your latest upgrade with Blackboard. The Cohort will also give you an opportunity to network with others who are moving along a similar path and get advice on the latest best practices from Blackboard and your peers. Each session (except for the Roadmap session) will be recorded. We will be using Blackboard Collaborate (VOIP only) to deliver these sessions.  Questions? Please email community@blackboard.com.

  • SP12 Cohort (System Administrator Track) - Runs May 23 - June 13
  • SP12 Cohort (System Administrator and Educator Tracks) - early Fall 2013

Note: Odd service packs are primarily maintenance releases and will not have dedicated cohorts.
