- Teachers connecting effectively with families regularly, using a variety of communication methods
- School leaders facilitating monthly parent meetings, providing information and resources regarding parent/family support of students’ education
- District/school staff using a variety of communication tools consistently to facilitate interaction in multiple languages through a user-friendly system
