The Flipped Classroom, A New Kind of Blended Learning

The flipped classroom is a new teaching concept that many schools and districts are using to engage students with more teacher-student interaction and more differentiation of instruction. Harnessing technology such as online videos, recorded lectures, podcasts, learning management systems, and synchronous online classrooms, the teacher’s role is transformed from a deliverer of information to an involved advisor who uses class time for collaborative activities that yield a deeper understanding of the course concepts. Join us for this webinar to learn more about the flipped classroom, and to hear from innovative educators who are using this new model to create a more personalized education experience and to increase student success.
