Meet the Presenters:

Brad Koch is a Vice President of Product Management and is responsible for defining and specifying the future direction of the Blackboard Learn product suite. A key facet of his role is to work with the educational community to assure that future product development meets the teaching and learning needs of educators, students, and administrators.

Lynn Zingraf is a Vice President in the Blackboard Support organization and is responsible for managing the ANGEL, Collaborate, and Moodlerooms support teams. He also functions as the Product and Marketing Manager for the Behind the Blackboard support case and knowledge management tool.
