Students can customize which system alerts they want to receive and how they want to receive them, including if a new assignment is posted, a new assignment is due, etc,- from over 20 notifications! They can customize these alerts per course and organization.

To reach today's students in the way they prefer, faculty need to be able to send text messages. And the communication should not stop there; they also need to be able to continue the dialogue with their students in the method that is most effective in reaching students how they want.
The Two-way SMS Building Block, coming soon, will allow faculty to send a text to individual students or groups of students in just a few simple steps and keep the conversation going via two-way SMS.
In order to get started quickly and easily, faculty can choose from default messages for common issues (late assignment, class cancelled) or create a quick custom message designed with a particular student in mind.
